9 - 15th October 2011with Angela Roberts - Prices from £645
Alex and Adrian are very pleased to host for the first time a luxury yoga
holiday in Morocco. We will be staying at the Tigmi
which has been the called the 'best little hotel in the world' and is
situated between Marrakech and the Atlas mountains.
Hosting our first yoga retreat away from Les Passeroses, we wanted to
offer not only a beautiful setting but all the other
little touches that make staying at Les Passeroses special. Finding Tigmi
means that we are able to fulfill this dream
in an atmosphere that compliments our approach to hosting. The staff are
attentive yet discreet and the food authentic,
plentiful and delicious.
A haven of peace
only 15 miles from Marrakech. From here, you can enjoy the city souks
and the tranquillity of the Atlas in the same day -
and
still have time for pampering. The discreet hotel may only be 30 minutes
from the Maghreb's most vibrant city, but it offers a
completely different experience. So retreat, relax and restore yourself
in a kinder climate and quiet style.

Twice daily yoga will be taught on one of the beautiful
covered terraces that have views out over the ancient Kasbah and towards
the snow-capped
peaks of the Atlas mountains. The beautiful rooms are authenic Moroccan
in style and all are en-suite, air-conditioned and open onto courtyards.
The secluded Berber rooms have open fireplaces, luxury shampoo and body
products.

In Morocco, beauty is kept behind walls - and inside Tigmis
lies a veritable oasis. Watered by the hotels own well, laid to
lawn and path, the
grounds are dotted with banana palms, and orange and citrus trees; the
walls drip with roses, hibiscus and bougainvillaea,
their scents all mingling in a delicate aroma.
As well as the various plunges, there are two pools. The first is on the
terrace, where sun-worshippers can stretch on loungers.
The second (solar-heated all year to 26 degrees) is in a more secluded
garden, where shade-seekers can laze on divans.
So what do you get?
A six night luxury stay in either a beautiful Berber room either shared
or single depending on your preference - see below.
Twice daily yoga (10 sessions) with a yoga teacher who has run many of
