We create a new menu based on the cuisine of different countries every
year, using seasonal produce grown in our own kitchen and herb gardens
and orchard, along
with market bought organic goods when and if available.
Our food brings
people together, gaining
rave reviews from every group. It is a vegetarian menu, but never
